Mandatory coaches clinic on Feb 12 from 1-3. This clinic will be held before drafts and each team must have at least one coach attend, so if you are thinking about coaching or helping please sign up and make sure you plan to attend. 3pm-5pm - Fund raising Pitching Clinic - $20 per kid

This will be basic pitching fundamentals

March 11^th Junior League

2pm-5pm fund raising Pitching Clinic - $25 per kid

This will be a little more in depth fundamentals

 

All events will be held at the high school.

Anderson County Little League has put together a pitching clinic this year. With the pitch count rules it is apparent we need to get more kids comfortable pitching. Pitching Clinic dates are: 12 and under (introduction to pitching) Feb 12 from 3-5, the fee is $20.00. Pitching Clinic 13-16 (introduction and more detailed lessons) March 11 2-5, the fee is $25.00. We need a min. of 30 to sign up for each clinic.

You just need to let us know so we can put them on the list.  Then drop off your check with your child's name and league age at Blades Hair Salon beside Subway near Tractor Supply.  Make sure to let them know that it is for the pitching clinic.

Open Meeting November 2nd at 6:00pm in the Middle School Library

All paying members (those that paid $15 for the 2011 season) are invited to come and vote for new officers - as well anyone who wants to be involved next year are invited (even if they weren't paying members last year - those folks won't get to vote but they can run for office).

Please bring a list of lessons learned from your current position - things that you think we can improve upon...  basically some do's and don'ts (we won't go over each of these, but I would like to hand them off to the next board so that they have something to work on going forward) 

We will then have elections for the below list of offices - if you have interest in any or have questions about the responsibilities - let me know.  Nomninations can be done now to me via emal - or at the time of the meeting from the floor (you can nominate yourself).  Please don't take this too lightly - the success of our league going forward depends on this meeting and careful thought and consideration should be given. 

If you know that you won't be returning to the same position - I urge you to look for candidates that would serve in that position and talk to them...
